About the role

In this position, you will be providing L1-L3 support for the whole of the business whilst working closely with the IT Manager assisting on a multitude of projects.

  • IT helpdesk support (office platform is Office 365)
  • Assistance with laptop replacement program
  • Set up and monitor SharePoint configuration
  • Knowledge of system architecture
  • Network configuration
  • Windows server configuration
  • Work closely with the Finance team to;
    • Extract data from their finance platform to create hierarchies and end-user reports to bridge the gap in current processes and reporting.

About you

  • 3+ years experience in System Administration
  • Experience with AD, 365, Exchange, Windows Server (2012-2016)
  • Previously worked with Finance systems (advantageous)
  • Customer-centric
  • Reporting experience
  • Immediately available (will look at 2 weeks notice)
  • Must have full working rights
