About the role
In this position, you will be providing L1-L3 support for the whole of the business whilst working closely with the IT Manager assisting on a multitude of projects.
- IT helpdesk support (office platform is Office 365)
- Assistance with laptop replacement program
- Set up and monitor SharePoint configuration
- Knowledge of system architecture
- Network configuration
- Windows server configuration
- Work closely with the Finance team to;
- Extract data from their finance platform to create hierarchies and end-user reports to bridge the gap in current processes and reporting.
- 3+ years experience in System Administration
- Experience with AD, 365, Exchange, Windows Server (2012-2016)
- Previously worked with Finance systems (advantageous)
- Reporting experience
- Immediately available (will look at 2 weeks notice)
- Must have full working rights
