About the role:
 
You will play a critical point for a new project our client has won where you will provide basic IT auditing and L1 support, another large portion of the role will see you assist on projects (Office365) and work on their RMN tools.  On a day to day basis you will;
 
 
·          Provide trouble shooting support for Level 1 issues e.g., password reset, email not updating, user administration
·          Assist with on-site visits to scope the customers physical design requirements
·          Complete adhoc work assigned by the Project team as required
 
 
About you:

  • Worked for a Managed Services Provider environment
  • Spent the last 2+ years providing Level 2 Support in Australia.
  • Office 365 administration (migration experience ideal)
  • Setup & configuration printers
  • Wireless network troubleshooting
  • Excellent Communications and Documentation Skills
  • Customer service centric
  • Live in Brisbane

 
Technology that you will be supporting:

  • Desktop operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 8, Apple OS X)
  • PowerShell experience
  • VMware
  • Citrix XenApp (highly regarded)
  • 365
  • Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 Server
  • AD
  • Tier 1 Hardware (HP/Dell/IBM)
