The Company

SaaS startup located within inner CBD with an international presence, 2019 is a year which will see them double their headcount here in Australia and expand into other regions.

About the role:

Acting as the face of the business you will play an integral role during the customer onboarding process which will see you making customized service improvements for each account/customer.

You will also be required for basic troubleshooting (Level 1 support) and providing walkthroughs. 

About you:

You will be a driven and energetic professional that is customer-centric, in order to be successful, you will be required to have;

  • 1-5 years IT Support experience providing support to a SaaS or Proprietary Application/Software.
  • A recent experience of the above.
  • Currently, reside in Brisbane.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a sense of autonomy.
  • Have a great sense of humour.
