Role

The role is full-time/permanent and will be responsible for the first and second line support of a range of external customers for a range of desktop and server related problems and incidents. 
Your skills will centre around Microsoft solutions and you will be comfortable administering Active Directory, back-ups, Exchange/Office 365 and resolve telephony, Citrix and VMware related issues.
  
About you

You will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role providing L2 support
Experience with;

  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Windows Server 2012 – 2016
  • Microsoft Exchange/365
  • Citrix
  • Virtualisation; VMware
  • Tier 1 Hardware (HP/Dell/IMB)
  • PowerShell
  • Desktop operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 8, Apple OS X)
  • Wireless network troubleshooting
