Help Desk / Support, IT & Telecomms

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Analyst who can hit the ground running. This is a Level 2 role with a mix of onsite and remote support across desktops, laptops, networks, and cloud systems.

I’m working with a well-established IT services business in Brisbane that provides end-to-end technology solutions to a variety of clients. They’re known for a supportive, collaborative culture and offer opportunities to work across both day-to-day support and project-focused IT initiatives.
  
The Role

  • Provide Level 2 support across hardware, software, and networks
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, AV, and new staff setups
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues (UniFi / Cisco / Meraki)
  • Conduct site visits/callouts (average 2–5 per week)
  • Use Autotask, Datto RMM, IT Glue for ticketing, monitoring, and documentation
  • Deploy and configure new hardware/software
  • Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base

What You Bring

  • Previous support experience in an MSP (Managed Services Environment)
  • Strong troubleshooting across
  • Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Mac and Google
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Networking (Meraki, Unify)
  • Azure
  • Entra ID/ Active Directory
  • Experience with ticketing/documentation systems (Autotask etc.)
  • Able to work independently, take ownership of issues, and solve problems. 
  • Strong client-facing skills and clear communication
  • Ability to pass a Police check clearance
