Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the creations of customer marketing strategy
- Assist the development of loyalty programs – one of Australia’s largest loyalty program, with 2 million members and counting
- Lead operation and Automation of various data platforms
- Execute data segmentation strategy
- Manage and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Support various teams to deliver on campaign requests
- Deliver insights & reporting
- Develop new campaign concepts bases on insights
Skills and Experience:
- 5 years Data Analyst experience within a similar environment
- SQL experience
- PowerBI experience
- Automation and email marketing background
- Knowledge of marketing lifecycle
- Worked previously marketing automation & email marketing platforms
- Experience with campaign execution platforms and implementing campaign management strategies
- Capability in HTML and liquid
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Analytically minded with high attention to detail
- Braze and Segment is highly advantageous
