As a Lead data engineer you will have experience contributing to the development as well as the improvement of data, developing data pipelines and using various data visualization techniques.
Responsibilities
- you will lead a team of people frim data engineers to software engineers.
- Deliver data projects to support the business in helping them realise their goal
- Support the creation of the strategy and build out of a data platform using AWS and other data management systems.
- You will be responsible for guiding and upskilling internal staff.
- Help shape and embed data management best practices.
Essential:
- 3+ years experience as a Lead Data engineer
- Previous experience managing a team of Data engineers.
- Strong data warehousing skills.
- Strong data modelling skills.
- Deep experience and knowledge of AWS and other data management tools.
- Extensive experience with PowerBi, Tableau, SQL, Python etc.
