About the role:
  
Customer service is something that is important to my client, they are looking for somebody who can treat their customers with respect and provide a good experience. Coming into this role you will play an integral part in the business where you will be the first line of defence handling a high volume of calls and responding to tickets within the email queue.
  
  
The main technology you will be supporting will cover;

  • Windows Server
  • Office365/Exchange Server
  • Backups & DR technology
  • VMWare – ESXi
  • AD Group Policy
  • LAN/VPNs
  • PowerShell (ideally)
  • Azure (ideally)
