Help Desk / Support, IT & Telecomms

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our clients team and provide essential support at both onsite and remotely for their interstate sites.

Due to an increase of workload they are looking to help bulk up with IT team with a seasoned Engineer that can provide a mixture of L1 – L3 as well as uplift of processes and knowledgebases. 
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing and resolving support tickets (unresolved ticket queue).
  • Reprofiling and setting up laptops under a new tenancy, including wiping and updating to Windows 11, and helping to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • General L1 and L2 related issues
  • Managing deployments and specialized tasks in O365 at the remote site (out of state), assisting with VMware and server retirements.

  
Qualifications:

  • Based in Brisbane and can work in the office
  • Can work full time hours for a 3-4 month contract
  • Can start within 1 day – 2 week notice period
  • Broad IT Support Specialist experience across L1 to L3.
  • Experience with O365 deployments, VMware, and server transitions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate and support users.
  • Can pass a police check
