Located in the Fortitude Valley, looking for their next On-Site Technician to join their ranks and be part of their close-knit vibrant team.

About the role:

This position would suit somebody who may have worked in IT for a few years and is looking for their next step in the industry or someone new to the industry who is cluey and picks concepts up fast.

As an On-Site Technician, You will be providing predominantly customer-facing support and working on different sites. As relationships are important and they like their operators to take on more capability you will be provided the opportunity to head out to sites, provide recommendations and assist with projects. This is not your traditional boring support role.

As an overview, you will be supporting users with issues relating to:

  • Desktop hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors
  • Install test and configure new hardware
  • Install and test common PC peripheral equipment
  • Respond to issues relating to printers and print issues
  • Install and troubleshoot Microsoft software / operating systems

About you;

  • Based in Brisbane
  • Have a car & a drivers license (Company car provided for site visits)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly, have a sense of humour, and can work with a degree of autonomy
  • ‘Can Do’ Attitude 
  • Willingness to learn and grow your career.
  • Happy to look at graduates, must have experience with playing in test labs or worked on industry certs
