The Company

Our client (internal IT) is based in the Eastern side of Brisbane and are one of the main industry players within the market. There is parking onsite with access to shops and retail outlets only a short walk away.

About the role:

You will be working alongside a team of experienced engineers who have a deep understanding of the company’s IT systems and applications. In this role, you will be responsible for working from a ticket que clearing up their backlog of issues and handling escalations (L2 – L3).

Your primary focus will be on supporting a range of systems and applications, including Office 365, Networking, Azure, hardware and the odd on-prem Exchange issues.. This means that you will need to have a strong understanding of these technologies and be able to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise. 

About you:

  • Must be based in Brisbane and are available to start within a 2 week notice period
  • Can pass a Police Check
  • Can pass a Blue card check
  • 2+ years experience supporting L2 and L3 related issues.
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Australian Citizen or PR Holder
