Job Purpose

Join a leading global organization as an experienced Level 3 Security/Network Support Engineer.

To be successful in this position, you will have a wide technical background within the Network and Security space and you will also possess a consultative approach and personality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd level support and escalations within the Security team
  • Maintain quality client/vendor relationships
  • Deliver technical resolution incidents and action incident escalations
  • Deliver technical network designs for clients
  • Review and write documentation
  • Change Management and Release Management 
  • Participate in technical deployments within client environments
  • Plan and implement complex network changes for customers

  Key skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Network/Security support role
  • Previous consulting experience 
  • Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto and F5 Firewalls
  • Experience in supporting Web Gateway technology
  • Good knowledge of routing and switching protocols
  • Experience with SIEM solutions – McAfee and RSA
  • Experience/knowledge with Splunk and Mitre framework
