You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer marketing strategy and loyalty programs. You’ll lead the operation and automation of data platforms, executing data segmentation strategies to drive targeted marketing campaigns.

Additionally, you’ll assist in implementing lifecycle marketing campaigns, supporting the team in meeting campaign requests. Be instrumental in delivering actionable insights and reports, driving the development of innovative campaign concepts based on data-driven insights.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience within Marketing Insight/Marketing Analytics roles
  • SQL experience
  • Braze is highly advantageous
  • Capability in HTML and liquid
  • Knowledge of marketing lifecycle
  • Worked previously in marketing automation & email marketing platforms
  • Experience with campaign execution platforms and implementing campaign management strategies
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytically minded with high attention to detail
