IT & Telecomms, Sales Exec / Account Manager

A global technology company specializing in enterprise-class solutions,they assist their clients to collaborate effectively and safeguard their data in the digital age.
Their innovative software solutions cater to a wide range of industries, seamlessly facilitating data migration, management, and governance across platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.

They are looking for a Partner Development Manager (PDM) to play a pivotal role in driving partner enablement programs and crafting partner business development plans in alignment with regional indirect targets.

In this role, the PDM will not only nurture and expand relationships with existing partners but also actively pursue new opportunities, working closely with our distribution partners.
Specifically, the indirect PDM will collaborate with distribution channels to identify, engage, pitch, and pursue top Microsoft CSP (Modern Work, Azure, Biz Apps) partners, with the goal of seamlessly integrating and embedding our comprehensive solution set into their standard GTM practices.


  • Identify and nurture relationships with partners to boost revenue.
  • Act as a seamless bridge between clients and the Partner’s team to ensure cohesion and efficient business practices.
  • Establish yourself as the go-to person for day-to-day account management inquiries and performance concerns. Be readily available to partners, fostering customer loyalty and continuous solution enablement.
  • Demonstrate exceptional partner account management, delivering both sales and service excellence.
  • Drive the growth and development of mutually beneficial working relationships with account teams and key internal partners. Leverage collaboration with other teams to enhance outcomes.
  • Empower partners to manage sales cycles effectively. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for both partners and customers on the company’s software, licensing, and services.
  •  Integrate the company’s offerings within the standard Managed Service offerings of key MSP partners.
