Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Carseldine (Hybrid)
Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee software projects in a PRINCE2 environment, ensuring alignment with ITB governance, business requirements, and benefit realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects within budget and timelines.
- Create project documentation adhering to Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP governance.
- Establish project governance and assurance.
- Develop communication, change management, and benefit realization plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Project Executives, Senior Management, and peers.
- Manage risks, issues, budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Lead the project team, providing guidance and support.
- Deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance practices.
- Measure success based on Scope, Schedule, Quality, and Budget adherence.
- Demonstrate experience in complex agile projects.
- Other duties as needed.
- May have quarterly Key Performance Indicators.
Qualifications (Mandatory):
- PRINCE2 Practitioner Qualified
- Software development project management experience
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Public and private sector experience
