IT & Telecomms, Sales Exec / Account Manager

We are searching for an energetic and driven Sales Support Officer to advance their skill set, knowledge and build a solid career in a strong team of like-minded individuals, who not only know how to deliver world-class solutions but know how to have fun along the way.

About the role
An interesting and engaging opportunity exists for someone who comes from a technical background wanting to start their journey into IT Sales to join the team. You will work closely with many different clients providing all facets of account management from the management of subscriptions and renewals, quoting new hardware, software, consulting and projects etc.
Working alongside Client Solutions Advisors, Client Engagement Managers, Solutions Architects and, Service Delivery Managers you will support, liaise and keep them informed on all client orders and any client order issues or delays.

About you
You will possess strong communication, organisational, documentation and interpersonal skills and an attention to detail.
You should have a general working knowledge across basic IT hardware and software and be keen to grow and expand that knowledge across business IT systems and infrastructure. This role will fast track you into becoming a well rounded Account Manager where you will have the opportunity to earn bonus + commission. 
This role would ideally suit an applicant with either sales or account management experience in another industry looking to transition to IT or a Level 1 BAU looking to make the transition into an Account Manager role.
