Role

The role is full-time/permanent and you will be responsible for the first line support for a range of desktop and system-related problems and incidents. 
Your skills will center around Microsoft solutions and you will be comfortable administering Active Directory, back-ups, Exchange/Office 365 and G Suite, and resolving telephony and Citrix related issues

About you

You will preferably have 2+ years experience in a similar role providing L1-L2 support with experience in the following;

  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Windows Server 2012 – 2019
  • Microsoft Exchange/365
  • Citrix
  • Virtualisation; VMware
  • Tier 1 Hardware (HP/Dell/IMB)
  • PowerShell (ideal)
  • Desktop operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 10, Apple OS X)
