Situated on the north side of Brisbane but still within 5kms of the CBD, our client has been around for the last 15 years where they have built an impressive portfolio of clients within their niche space. In recent years they have made a senior appointment which has helped them to redefine their service offering and shake off the traditional Consultancy tarp.

You will be joining the business at a pinnacle time, having grown YoY with revenue (organically), my client is looking for somebody to drive the strategic engagements around infrastructure and cloud solutions for both new and existing clients.

About the role:

Customer service is something that is important to my client, they are looking for somebody that can treat their customers with respect and provide a good experience. Coming into this role you will act as an escalation point on L2 related issues around the Microsoft Windows technology stack.

This position will suit somebody that likes to work in an environment that likes diversity in their day to day as you will be assisting with some projects and working on site from occasion.

Main technology you will be supporting will cover;

  • Windows Server 2016 – 2019 
  • Office365/Exchange Server ( 2019)
  • Backups & DR technology
  • VMWare – ESXi
  • AD Group Policy
  • LAN/VPNs
  • PowerShell (ideally)
  • Azure (ideally)
