Our client are a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of individuals and communities. We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Solution Architect to join our team. The IT Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing technology solutions that will support our organization’s mission and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and other IT teams to identify and define requirements for IT projects.
- Design and develop technical architecture solutions that meet the organization’s business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams during the development and implementation of solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance the organization’s technology infrastructure.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Conduct architecture reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solution architecture.
- Experience working with non-profit organizations is preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
