The Company;
Boutique Financial Services business that operates across Australia, their flag ship operations is located right here in Brisbane! They have been around for quite some time, due to the nature of their industry, IT is a necessary and as such is treated with respect VS a cost centre.
  
The opportunity
  
They are looking for a permanent Support Engineer to come in and act as the first point of contact providing L1 Desktop Support for all users within the company, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and gain exposure and work on a variety of different things. Day to day, you will be handling issues and requests related to Ofice365, Intune, Autopilot, and Application Delivery. 
  
About you

  • Eager to learn & Grow
  • Confident & Personable 
  • Previous Experience in a Support Role (Ideally 1-2years)
  • Experience in supporting office 365( including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive)
  • Experience with Active Directory, Intune and Desktops
  • Previous Experience working in a corporate environment
  • Pass a Police Check and Finance Check
