Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be a vital part of a Microsoft Gold Partner, responsible for overseeing Office 365 solutions and acting as the primary escalation point for their system administrators. Your role will encompass:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Office 365 to guide system administrators, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions that ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Escalation Support: Be the final point of escalation for critical incidents and complex technical challenges, collaborating closely with administrators to swiftly resolve issues and minimize downtime.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the implementation of advanced Office 365 solutions that cater to diverse client needs, maintaining high standards of security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and coach system administrators, fostering their growth and skills development. Provide roadmaps to clients around their Windows, Azure and O365 landscape
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently reside in Brisbane or are relocating to Brisbane from within Australia.
- Microsoft O365 certs(ideal)
- Great interpersonal skills and being able to speak with senior stakeholders across a range of environments
- Extensive experience as a Systems Administrator with a strong focus on Office 365 administration.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and security & Defender (ideal) features.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
