The Role
They are seeking a Technical Consultant to join their high-performing team. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in the Productivity and Collaboration suite of applications to provide support services across various business sectors including Networks, Endpoint User Computing (EUC), Telephony, and Hybrid Cloud environments. If you possess a strong background in any of these areas, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, we encourage you to apply.
Your responsibilities will encompass both routine support tasks and participation in projects of varying scales across the division.

  • Ensuring thorough maintenance and documentation of systems, solutions, and policies
  • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities
  • Analyzing existing systems and operations to develop preventative maintenance strategies
  • Providing 3rd-level support for implemented solutions
  • Collaborating with vendors to resolve incidents as necessary
  • Planning, scheduling, and monitoring work to meet time and quality targets
  • Facilitating collaboration among stakeholders with common objectives
  • Selecting appropriate standards, methods, tools, and applications
  • Prioritizing the security of work and organizational operations
  • Proactively identifying and communicating risks to the business
  • Effectively communicating complex information to non-technical audiences


  • 2 years experience working in a similar capacity.
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 Suite, Mimecast, and Okta
  • Relevant industry certifications (Highly Regarded!)
