Ed began his recruitment journey in 2021, where he worked with State Government departments and Government Owned Corporations while looking after the IT Contracting desk and is now bringing his years’ worth of recruitment experience to Humanised Group’s Government desk.

He brings with him a bachelor’s degree from the University of Queensland and a proven track record in relationship building and client management from his experience in both the Accommodation and Automotive industries.

Ed is very passionate about building relationships with clients and candidates, matching high-performing candidates to the right job, and considering if a person’s skillsets align with the role. Ed also ensures that his clients have access to the most cutting-edge candidates to fill leading companies with the right professionals.
