Within this business culture is quite important as everyone is cut from the same cloth (bright, customer-centric, always happy to help). The Role
They’re seeking a dynamic L1-L2 Support Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term role with full-time benefits (annual leave, sick leave, etc.). This position involves direct user interaction and remote support across the MS Tech stack including Office 365. The company has a strong track record of extending contracts and promoting from within.
  
Required Experience

  • 1-2 Years of Experience in a similar position providing helpdesk support
  • Experience with Office 365(Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.), Active Directory, MS Exchange.
  • Fantastic customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Great Communication Skills
