Partner with a well-established and growing Brisbane-based Managed Service Provider that specializes in delivering exceptional IT support and solutions to SMBs across a variety of industries.
As a result of increased demand, they are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in providing top-tier technical support and customer service while resolving issues up to a Level 2 capacity.
About the Role
Coming into this business, you will support up to an L2 capacity;
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing escalated tickets from the service desk queue, triaged and assigned by the Service Desk Coordinator.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues involving virtualization, server, and cloud environments.
- Providing support for Windows and Office 365 environments, addressing system and software-related challenges.
- Ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to meet client expectations.
The technologies that you will be supporting include;
- Office 365 (including SharePoint / OneDrive) migrations, administration and support.
- Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, RDS, etc.)
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Azure
- Backup management
- Virtualization
Requirements
- Previous MSP experience
- Must be located in Brisbane
- Must be ready to start within a 2 Week notice period
- Experience with ConnectWise (Ideal)
