About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Support Specialist who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering excellent service. In this role, you’ll support a suite of impactful commercial software products, working alongside talented developers, analysts, and engineers to help clients achieve better outcomes through technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for commercial software
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance
  • Deliver outstanding service and build strong client relationships
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently—digging into cloud platforms and databases
  • Investigate bugs, monitor infrastructure, and support production environments
  • Contribute to a shared after-hours support roster
  • Collaborate with internal teams across development, UX, and product

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of SQL experience, including complex queries and optimisation
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud application support
  • Can read and patch code of either .Net, C# or ReactJS
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills across various platforms
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
  • Experience managing competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Ability to understand code or experience in a software development setting

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship (Required)
  • Eligible to obtain Security Clearances (NV1)
  • Must be Brisbane-based
