About the Role
Customer service is at the heart of everything our client does. They’re seeking someone who understands the value of a respectful, customer-first approach.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, handling a high volume of support calls, managing the ticket queue, and maintaining detailed documentation. You’ll be expected to keep clients updated regularly and ensure their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

  • Active Directory & Group Policy
