This is a well-established, Gold Coast-based MSP known for its quality-first approach, tight client relationships, and strong alignment to cybersecurity. They support a broad mix of environments across cloud, infrastructure, and end-user systems – without the chaos of high-churn MSPs.

The Role
Systems Administrator / Service Coordinator – lead day-to-day service desk operations, own escalations, mentor juniors, and stay hands-on across Microsoft and cloud tech. Delivering a mix of BAU, projects, and internal improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Intune, and more
  • Manage ticket flow, track SLAs, drive customer satisfaction
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, infra builds, project rollouts
  • Document fixes, drive process improvements, and promote best practices
  • Support and guide junior team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an MSP or similar support environment
  • Confident with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Intune
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity principles
  • Exposure to VMware, firewalls, Veeam, backups,
  • Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Driver’s licence and car (some on-site work required)
