About the role
As a Project Support Engineer, you’ll be part of the Project Services team delivering L1/L2 technical project work. This isn’t your standard helpdesk role – you’ll get hands-on experience with deployments, environment uplifts, and structured project delivery alongside senior engineers.

You’ll split your time (40/60) between the main office and on-site with clients, supporting senior engineers and project leads while developing your own skills and progression path. 

Required Experience

  • Previous experience working in an MSP (managed services) environment 
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
  • Administration and support of Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange.
  • Azure Cloud & Active Directory management.
  • PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
  • Exposure to RMM tools such as Ninja RMM and ConnectWise.
  • Experience supporting 3CX telephony systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, VLANs, routing, WAN troubleshooting).
  • Knowledge of security fundamentals, including MFA, endpoint/perimeter protection, and incident response.
  • Application support experience (business applications, upgrades, and patching).
