Key duties

  • Provide L1/2 support over phone, face-to-face and remotely
  • Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes and system access
  • Troubleshoot laptops, mobiles, tablets and applications
  • Build, assign and track end-user devices and peripherals
  • Monitor security software and manage application deployments
  • Support IT projects, documentation and process improvements
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster

Skills & Experience

  • Service desk or IT support experience
  • Proficient with Windows, MS Office, AD, SCCM, VPN, AVD
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Tertiary IT qualification or equivalent knowledge (desirable)
