I’m partnering with a national professional services organisation to bring on an IT Support Engineer who will act as the onsite face of technology across their Brisbane office. If you enjoy hands‑on support, solving real problems for real people, and owning the end‑user experience end‑to‑end, this role will suit you perfectly.
  
The Opportunity
You’ll deliver high‑quality, in‑person IT support across devices, meeting rooms, AV/Teams Rooms, collaboration tools, onboarding/offboarding, and general tech‑bar style walk‑ups. This function is critical — you’re the person who ensures people can get their work done confidently and without friction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide in‑office, face‑to‑face support for Windows devices, peripherals, Microsoft 365 and Teams
  • Deliver walk‑up support with a calm, customer‑focused approach
  • Build, configure, and support end‑user devices; manage swaps and replacements
  • Ensure seamless Day 1 experiences through strong onboarding/offboarding support
  • Maintain and support meeting rooms, AV technology, and Microsoft Teams Rooms for hybrid meetings
  • Deliver responsive support for Partners, Directors, and senior leadership
  • Log, triage, and resolve incidents via the ITSM platform, escalating when required
  • Keep asset records accurate and contribute to documentation and knowledge articles

  
What You Bring

  • Experience in onsite desktop support, IT support engineering, or workplace technology roles within the last year
  • 2+ years experience working in the above function
  • Full working rights and located within the same City
  • Available to start within a 2 week notice period
  • Industry certs is preferred
  • Strong capability across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, and modern workplace tools
  • Exposure to meeting room tech, AV systems, and device lifecycle processes
  • Experience with ITSM systems and ITIL concepts (ServiceNow a bonus but not essential)
