About the role
Yes, you’ll handle devices, troubleshooting, and platforms — but the real value here is how you engage with people. You’ll be the go-to for senior stakeholders and VIP users, so your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and stay solutions-focused under pressure matters just as much as your technical skills.
- Be the face of IT support for senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Own issues end-to-end — diagnose, resolve, and communicate clearly throughout
- Provide face-to-face, onsite and remote support across a modern tech stack
- Support and manage devices (laptops, mobiles, peripherals)
- Work across Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and endpoint management platforms
- Act as a bridge between users and L2/L3 teams, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation
- Keep everything documented properly in the ITSM system
About you
- Have high emotional intelligence — you read the room and adapt your approach
- Are confident holding conversations with senior stakeholders
- Stay calm, solutions-focused, and proactive when things go wrong
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Due to the nature of their work, they will require you to pass a Police Check and Clearances, you will be required to be an Australian Citizen.
- Strong fundamentals across Windows, Microsoft 365, and desktop environments
- Exposure to MacOS/iOS
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, remote support tools
- Experience with Intune, SCCM or Jamf is a plus.
