We’re partnering with a growing and highly regarded IT services provider seeking a Senior Level 3 Systems Engineer to join their technical operations team.
This is a genuine senior engineering role where you’ll take ownership of complex technical issues, lead project delivery, mentor junior engineers and drive continual improvements across a diverse client portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, networking and security issues
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Deliver Microsoft 365, Azure and infrastructure projects
- Support and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers
- Improve client security posture through modern Microsoft security solutions
- Configure and support networking and firewall environments
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation
- Contribute to automation, standardisation and continual service improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Hands-on Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Defender experience
- Strong networking and troubleshooting capability
- Experience delivering infrastructure and cloud projects
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and technologies simultaneously
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
