About the role
Due to a backlog of tickets that need to be cleared, an experienced Application Support Engineer is required to provide support to their bespoke applications & products.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage Support Cases: Efficiently identify and prioritize high-priority support cases to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly.
  • Respond to Support Cases: Manage and resolve support cases via email and calls, with a focus on high-volume ticket types.
  • Tool and Platform Proficiency: Quickly adapt to various technical tools and platforms used in their support processes.
  • Maintain Composure: Handle high volumes of email and chat support without getting overwhelmed, ensuring consistent and reliable customer service.

  
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Have 2+ years in L1 support role, ideally supporting SaaS platforms & bespoke applications.
  • Experience with an ITSM tool, Salesforce Service Cloud experience would be ideal.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume email and chat support with ease and professionalism.
  • Fantastic customer service experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Available to start within a 2-week notice period
  • Currently resides in Brisbane or can relocate within the notice period.
