The Role:
This role sits within the Service Desk, acting as an L2 escalation point for complex technical issues. You’ll be responsible for logging and resolving IT tickets via phone and email while providing a high level of customer service. You will need to be customer-driven, have a great phone manner, and passion for technology. This position is a great stepping stone to working with new public cloud technologies and progress towards more senior positions.
About you:
- 2-3 Years of service desk experience
- Experience in Active Directory
- Experience in Exchange / o365
- Microsoft technology stack
- VMware/Hyper V Experience (Ideal but not essential)
- Public Cloud experience ie AWS, GCP, Azure etc (Ideal but not essential)
