The successful applicant would be in a unique position working across 2 separate sites and IT teams, where you will gain a vast amount of new tech exposure and some pretty exciting new experiences.
  
The position;
  
Onsite Support Engineer to take on traditional L1 and L2 Support for their customer between their several sites. This role will see you rotating between each site per week, located within 30km of Ipswich.

The technologies that you will be supporting include;
  

  • Office 365 (including SharePoint / OneDrive) migrations, administration and support.
  • Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, RDS, etc.)
  • Microsoft Exchange Server upgrades, administration, and support
  • Microsoft Azure (Active Directory, App Service, Intune, SendGrid, Virtual machines)
  • Backup management (Veeam, Shadow Protect, Commvault, Backup Exec etc.)
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi)

To be successful you will be required to have;

  • Recent experience providing L1 and L2 support
  • Previously/currently worked for MSP would be ideal.
  • A Car & Drivers License.
  • Fantastic customer service and interpersonal skill
  • Experience supporting non-technical up to VIP users.
