Role description:
We’re looking for an experienced DataStage Developer to join a major enterprise upgrade and modernisation program within a State Government department.
You’ll support the uplift of the DataStage environment while continuing to design, build and maintain critical ETL and data integration solutions. The role will also involve production support, troubleshooting, testing, deployments and ongoing platform improvement.
We’re looking for experience across:
- IBM DataStage 8.7 or later
- Enterprise ETL development and data integration
- DataStage upgrades, migrations or platform modernisation
- Strong SQL skills across Oracle, SQL Server or similar databases
- Production support, incident resolution and release activities
- Control-M or other enterprise scheduling tools
- Data warehousing and data modelling concepts
