About the Role:
Customer service is crucial to my client. They are looking for someone who can treat their customers with respect and provide a great experience. In this role, you will play an integral part in the business, acting as the first line of defense by handling a high volume of calls and responding to tickets within the email queue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and calling customers back to resolve issues
- Ensuring anyone working on a ticket calls the customer to update them on the progress
- Handling main issues such as user creation, permission changes, incident outages, and office-related problems
Technical Skills Required:
- Windows Server
- Office365/Exchange Server
- Backups & DR technology
- VMWare – ESXi
- AD Group Policy
- LAN/VPNs
- PowerShell (ideally)
- Azure (ideally)
Requirements:
- Must live in Brisbane
- Experience working in Managed Services
- Experience providing L1 and L2 support
