About the Role:
Customer service is crucial to my client. They are looking for someone who can treat their customers with respect and provide a great experience. In this role, you will play an integral part in the business, acting as the first line of defense by handling a high volume of calls and responding to tickets within the email queue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and calling customers back to resolve issues
  • Ensuring anyone working on a ticket calls the customer to update them on the progress
  • Handling main issues such as user creation, permission changes, incident outages, and office-related problems

Technical Skills Required:

  • Windows Server
  • Office365/Exchange Server
  • Backups & DR technology
  • VMWare – ESXi
  • AD Group Policy
  • LAN/VPNs
  • PowerShell (ideally)
  • Azure (ideally)

Requirements:

  • Must live in Brisbane
  • Experience working in Managed Services
  • Experience providing L1 and L2 support
