Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking a driven and energetic IT Service Desk Analyst that wants to progress their career. You will be working with an experienced and well-rounded team providing a mixture of Level 1/Level 2 support.
You will have an excellent phone manner as well as great written communication skills as you will be looking after this business most important assets, their customers!
You would have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role providing L1/L2 support
and have experience with;
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Windows Server 2012 – 2016
- Microsoft Exchange/365
- AD, DNS and server admin
- Virtualization; VMware
- Tier 1 Hardware (HP/Dell/IMB)
- PowerShell (ideal)
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Basic VOIP telephone system support
- Experience working with ConnectWise and Auto-Task
Ideally, you will have a great attitude, career-driven and are easy to get along with. Attitude and communication are equally important attributes for this role as you will be delivering first-class customer service to each user.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have exposure working for a managed services provider (MSP), having worked in MSP land you would have also come with experience with connectwise or auto task
