The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Level 1 Engineer who can confidently support IT infrastructure across a variety of client environments. This is a broad role, ideal for someone coming from a Service Desk or MSP background, who’s ready to level up and work on more complex issues and develop their career.
You’ll be the first point of contact for Level 1 related, supporting internal IT systems as well as client environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for internal IT queries (phone, email, tickets)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Log and track incidents and service requests via ticketing systems
- Assist with user account creation, password resets and basic support tasks
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or senior technical staff
- Document known issues and resolutions to grow the team’s knowledge base
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 12 months of Service Desk experience with strong ticketing exposure and client support.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A solid understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft Office and basic networking.
- MSP experience supporting multiple client environments (Highly regarded)
- A self-starter mindset; willing to tackle everything and learn it all
