Help Desk / Support, IT & Telecomms

Partner with a well-established and growing Brisbane-based Managed Service Provider that specializes in delivering exceptional IT support and solutions to SMBs across a variety of industries.

As a result of increased demand, they are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in providing top-tier technical support and customer service while resolving issues up to a Level 2 capacity.

About the Role
Coming into this business, you will support up to an L2 capacity;

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing escalated tickets from the service desk queue, triaged and assigned by the Service Desk Coordinator.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues involving virtualization, server, and cloud environments.
  • Providing support for Windows and Office 365 environments, addressing system and software-related challenges.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to meet client expectations.

The technologies that you will be supporting include;

  • Office 365 (including SharePoint / OneDrive) migrations, administration and support.
  • Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, RDS, etc.)
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Backup management
  • Virtualization

Requirements

  • Previous MSP experience
  • Must be located in Brisbane
  • Must be ready to start within a 2 Week notice period
  • Experience with ConnectWise (Ideal)
