We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Analyst who can hit the ground running. This is a Level 2 role with a mix of onsite and remote support across desktops, laptops, networks, and cloud systems.

I’m working with a well-established IT services business in Brisbane that provides end-to-end technology solutions to a variety of clients. They’re known for a supportive, collaborative culture and offer opportunities to work across both day-to-day support and project-focused IT initiatives.
The Role
- Provide Level 2 support across hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, AV, and new staff setups
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (UniFi / Cisco / Meraki)
- Conduct site visits/callouts (average 2–5 per week)
- Use Autotask, Datto RMM, IT Glue for ticketing, monitoring, and documentation
- Deploy and configure new hardware/software
- Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base
What You Bring
- Previous support experience in an MSP (Managed Services Environment)
- Strong troubleshooting across
- Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Mac and Google
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Networking (Meraki, Unify)
- Azure
- Entra ID/ Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing/documentation systems (Autotask etc.)
- Able to work independently, take ownership of issues, and solve problems.
- Strong client-facing skills and clear communication
- Ability to pass a Police check clearance
