You will work closely with different business units to design/deliver dashboards and reports that support operational and executive decision making.
- Hybrid role, you must be located in Brisbane and be available for in office collaboration when required

What you’ll be doing:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards
- Create custom Power BI visuals and integrate them with SharePoint
- Productionise Power BI reports in line with standards
- Connect to various data sources including SQL Databases
- Ensure Data Quality is managed and maintained
- Contribute to ongoing data governance and documentation efforts
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Skills and Experience:
- 2–5 years in a similar Power BI role
- Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling best practices
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Ability to clean and transform data for reporting use
- Experience building dashboards for operational audiences
- Communicate technical concepts to technical/non technical stakeholders
- Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
- Demonstrated experience in developing BI solutions and data models
