About the role
As a Project Support Engineer, you’ll be part of the Project Services team, providing L1/L2 technical support across a variety of projects. This will see you working hands-on with configurations, deployments, rollout projects, and environment uplifts, while gaining valuable exposure to modern technologies and project delivery practices.
You’ll split your time between the main office and onsite with clients, supporting senior engineers and project leads while developing your own skills and progression path.
Main technology you will be supporting will cover:
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Intune, Exchange & Entra
- Azure Cloud & Active Directory
- PowerShell scripting
- Ninja RMM
- 3CX phone systems
- ConnectWise
