Partner with a well-established and growing Brisbane-based Managed Service Provider that specializes in delivering exceptional IT support and solutions to SMBs across a variety of industries.

As a result of increased demand, they are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in providing top-tier technical support and customer service while resolving issues up to a Level 2 capacity.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for providing onsite and offsite support to resolve complex issues promptly, including on-call coverage. Ensuring timely request resolution, managing client expectations, and following up for satisfaction. You will also analyse environments to recommend solutions that reduce risk and improve efficiency. Other duties include maintaining detailed system documentation and change control processes while collaborating with and mentoring junior technicians for effective teamwork.
  
The technologies that you will be supporting include;

  • Windows Servers, Entra and Desktop environments.
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud technologies.
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, Intune.
  • Microsoft Collaboration and Voice Technologies.
  • Virtualisation (Hyper-V and/or VMware).
  • Experience with Microsoft, HP, Dell, IBM, Ubiquiti & Sophos.
  • Backup, Antivirus & Endpoint protection solutions.
  • IP Networking (LAN, SDN & WAN)
