The Opportunity
I am currently recruiting for a Statutory Body with a large IT presence who are looking for a 6-month Contract for a Service Delivery Lead. Coming into this business, you will play a paramount part where you will help support their environment during their cloud journey.
  
As the Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services within their organization. You will lead a team of Service Desk and Desktop Support specialists, overseeing their resource planning, training, and performance evaluations.
  
Additionally, you will be responsible for the oversight and continuous improvement of ITSM processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational excellence.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

  • Lead and manage a team of IT specialists, including training, performance evaluation, and resource planning.
  • Design, implement, and improve ITSM processes such as Incident Management and Service Level Management.
  • Assure high-quality IT services in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage vendor relationships for contracted services.
  • Lead major incidents, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate on security incident response and drive improvements.
  • Develop strategies to enhance service experience and streamline processes.
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, high performance, and professionalism.

  
Requirements

  • Ready to start ASAP!
  • Eligible to pass a Police Check
  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  • 3 Years experience operating in a similar capacity
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework
