The Opportunity
I am currently recruiting for a Statutory Body with a large IT presence who are looking for a 12-month Contract for a Service Desk Engineer. Coming into this business, you will play a paramount part where you will help support their environment during their cloud journey.
  
In this position, you will be responsible for the following;
  
Resolving L1-L2 related requests and issues from hardware, software (including 3rd party applications), Office 365, AD, DNS, DHCP, telecommunications and general end-user account management for internal staff. This means that you will need to have a strong understanding of these technologies and be able to quickly identify and resolve these issues up to an L2 Capacity.
  
Requirements

  • Ready to start ASAP!
  • Eligible to pass a Police Check
  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
  • 2 Years of experience operating in a similar capacity
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework
