About the role
Customer service is something that is important to my client, they are looking for somebody that can treat their customers with respect and provide a good experience. Coming into this role you will play an integral part of the business where you will be the first line of defence, handling a high volume of calls and responding to tickets within the email que.

Main technology you will be supporting will cover;

  • Windows Server
  • Office365/Exchange Server
  • Backups & DR technology
  • VMware – ESXi
  • AD Group Policy
  • LAN/VPNs
  • Azure (ideally)

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 12 months of Service Desk experience with strong ticketing exposure and client support.
  • MSP experience supporting multiple client environments (Highly regarded)
