About The Role
Service Desk Team Leader who leads from the front and genuinely invests in their people.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who has navigated scale and change before, understands MSP environments, and knows how to lift performance without losing the team along the way.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading a service desk or support function (ideally MSP or consulting)
  • Strong people leadership and mentoring capability.
  • Confidence working within ITIL-based service environments
  • Excellent communication with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Due to security clearances & checks, you will be required to have a Citizenship or be on a PR.
