With mining operations in both Australia and America, our client operates globally with an emphasis on safety, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology. 

  • Remote working arrangement, potential travel 1 week per month
  • 8 month contract starting ASAP
  • Oracle Fusion applications experience
  • Must have Drivers License

  
As a Technical Support Analyst you will:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with systems, software, and hardware.
  • Onboard new staff, which involves assigning roles and responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on technical support, including problem solving and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion users.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups, and security checks.
  • Prepare the business for system updates and changes, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Log, track, and prioritise support requests using a ticketing system
  • Manage expectations with external support teams and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Oversee data migration and system updates, ensuring data integrity and smooth transitions.
  • Create and update user guides, FAQs, and documentation; provide training to users on new systems or software.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, particularly in procurement.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and support to users

About you:

  • Ability to work effectively with resistant blue-collar workers, ranging from seasoned miners to younger staff.
  • Must be patient, able to influence, and capable of using a light-hearted, approachable manner to help workers embrace and effectively use the technology.
  • Adjust communication styles to meet the needs of different worker demographics and levels of tech-savviness.
  • You must have experience in Oracle Fusion
